Don Bosco Youth Center at Salesian Yip Hon Millennium Primary School carries on its mission to provide spiritual, educational and recreational activities to the disadvantaged children and youth in Kwai Chung, not only offering opportunities for them to use their leisure time constructively but also helping them to develop ethical integrity and foster them autonomy to take responsibility for themselves and their future.

The Youth Center has about 750 members aged between 5-15. BCA funded the administrative and operating expenditure of the centre for the year from April 2016 to March 2017
