The mission of BCA is to carry on the good work of Don Bosco to help the deprived and neglected children and youths. Serving with kindness, understanding and patience, BCA works in 3 distinct directions in response to the circumstances in Hong Kong:

• To provide a loving environment for the growth of the poor and deprived children, and to help them develop their potentials in future career.
• To care for the neglected children, especially those from poor families, and to help them develop positive values for becoming good citizens.
• To help the minority groups and new immigrants to adapt to the new environment and to help building a harmonious relationship between them and the locals by encouraging cultural exchange.
