The centre opens every Sunday afternoon and serves children from 6 to 16 in Kwai Chung.  Each Sunday, over 70 youths, mainly from poor and newly immigrated families, join the activities organized by the centre - playing games and being taught the good.  BCA funded the administrative and operating expenditure of the centre for the year from March 2013 to February 2014.
